If you’re seeking support for your mental health, visiting a GP and discussing your concerns can be the first step towards getting the help you need. You may be eligible for subsidised counselling sessions, making it more affordable to access the support you deserve.
Making counselling more convenient for you
After receiving your mental health care plan from your GP, you can pay for and attend your counselling sessions with us. To receive your Medicare rebate after your session, you can either go to a Medicare office yourself, or we can automatically process the rebate for you - directly into your nominated bank account.
Making counselling more affordable and sustainable
For many of our clients with a mental health care plan from their GP, after the Medicare rebate, counselling sessions cost just over fifty dollars a week with fortnightly sessions.
